This means that you set a specific time in which the customer can access your product and will lose access to it after this time, so you can use phrases such as “Available for the next 24 hours only!” Or you can combine specific offers with time to motivate the customer to take action and benefit from the offer, so you use phrases such as “Get 45% off for the next 12 hours only!”

This means that you put a specific number of products available for sale, which increases their value to the customer, so you can use phrases such as “Only 100 units available!” This will motivate the customer to get the product because he evaluated it and also to feel that he is special, as he has just obtained a product of which there are only 100 copies in the world, and this will of course increase his loyalty to your brand
