The most powerful habit, wich is more powerful than meditation, journaling, or cold shower is noting yourself on 10.
Noting your self on 10, ok, but on what ?
I recommand these mains areas which are:
- face: you can’t really enhance your face, but you can have a skin care routine, a good hair cut, good glasses etc…
- body: Imagine you with a Apollo body: some you don’t want this, this why 10 is not an Apollo body but your dream body.
- intelligence: inteligence is subjective, but the more you think fast and well, the more you will can add point.
- knowledge: The more you know the more you have point
- behavior: If you are not violent or any other bad action, you can add point
- Thought: Again, If you are not racist or any other bad thought you can add point
- friend: If you have true friend which are not addict to Fortnite, you have true friends.
- salary: how much you earn money, 10 is the maximum you want.
Here are the basics but you can add other areas like popularity, how clean is your house, your discipline etc.
Some of you will think it is bad to note yourself on differents areas but the principle is to be better, when you add one point you will be very happy because it’s happens very rarely.
I also recommand you to add this into your notion dashboard, so when you will open it you will see, for example 4 / 10 in body and remenber: “I must never give up sport” to reach the 10/ 10.
If you don’t want to note yourself, don’t worry, it is a recommandation not an order, you can enhance yourself but don’t note yourself. BUT if you don’t want to enhance, your life and you scroll on tik tok, follow me and we will change that.
