Have you ever considered forgiving yourself? You’ve been so tough on yourself lately because of the things you did in the past, for being THAT person a year ago, three months ago, or even just last week. Stop being stuck on the past, don’t let it haunts you and stopping you from becoming the person you want to be. You were supposed to experience those memories from the past and learn from the lesson.
There are still traumas that we are still dealing until now. Stop blaming yourself with something you didn’t do in the first place.
Everything happened for a reason, use it as a reminder that not everything will turn out good, not everything will happen the way we want. It will teach us a valuable lesson in life and the only thing we have to do is to accept and move on. Wish for change, for the better and don’t be afraid of changes it means that you are growing, accepting and realizing that it is meant to happened. If you feel that you’re not improving it doesn’t mean your lost, you’re just finding yourself, discovering who you truly are.
Stop being stuck on the loop of overthinking, the “what if’s” it’s never been your fault, you’re just curious and innocent that time. Forgive yourself for your past transgressions , Forgive yourself for being who you needed to be. Forgive yourself for not knowing it all.
You are doing your best and that is enough, You are Enough.
