Often,we feel that we feel that our happiness should be calculated. We are always looking for reasons to be happy, to feel content, right?
Also, there are various reasons behind getting anxious, behind all this sadness, but if we are not putting efforts to be sad why are we putting efforts to be happy?
Is it because happiness comes from satisfaction and satisfaction comes from doing sometging, from achieving our goal? But in the timebeing of achieving our goals, are there any restrictions to be happy? Don’t be afraid. Please live the moments you want to live. You deserve to be happy, you deserve peace. After all we are humans right?
If things are not going right, if you want to vent out tears, do it. Sometimes crying helps to lighten our hearts. Then look in the morror, and tell yourself ” You look cute in that. But Smile please, it will make you more cuter.”

No problem is big or small. It is on how we see and solve the problem that arises. I always wonder how some people can be so tranquil even in the most difficult situations. They have learnt it,learnt it through experiences, learnt it through trials and error.
So,please allow yourself to learn. And be happy about learning, about experiencing new things.

Embrace yourself.
It takes time to be yourself, to let your feelings be known , to be known what are you feeling like.
