Loneliness. Why are there so many people feeling lonely? After all, now almost everyone reads psychological literature and tries to find the answer to this question. Various healers and esotericists consider this a family curse. In my practice, there have been different cases. Let me give you some reasons for loneliness.
Each client has their own story. When asked what you think about yourself, everyone has a different answer.
Here is a case when I asked a client what thoughts arise when meeting a man, she answered: “What will he think of me. Will he like me? The woman remembered that her mother often said as a child: “You have to behave well. What will people think? If you behave well, I’ll hug you.” And so self-esteem was formed, depending on others.
Here a beautiful woman sits and says that she starts dating men and after a while they “disappear.” But it turns out that immediately after meeting her, she began to think, “I’m not worthy of him. He’s better than me.” A picture appears before the woman’s eyes: she came home from school and didn’t immediately clean the apartment because she was very tired. The father comes and says: “You won’t achieve anything in life.” But here she is sitting at home, unable to cope with a math problem, and her mother tells her, “You won’t achieve anything in life.” And so the attitude “I can’t achieve anything” became entrenched in the…
