What is subconscious mind?
We have three types of mind conscious mind, unconscious mind and subconscious mind.
Imagine your mind as an iceberg. The conscious mind is the tip of the iceberg, the small part visible above the water. The subconscious mind is the larger part of the iceberg just below the surface, and the unconscious mind is the massive base hidden deep underwater.
Just to give you a brief about the power of the subconscious mind here is a story of Thomas Edison’s napping technique.
“Thomas Edison is said to have used a napping technique that involved holding a ball in each hand while falling asleep. He believed that the balls would fall to the floor when he woke up, allowing him to record thoughts that come to mind while nodding off. Edison would do this three times a day for decades. He believed that he got all the ground breaking idea’s by utilizing this power of subconscious mind”.
Have you ever wondered when sometimes you want to get up early and you say to yourself that I want to get up around 6 o’clock, you find yourself getting up around that time why does this happen? It is because of the power of subconscious mind.
In brief your brain can accomplish any task you ask them to do till it is realistically possible you just have to believe that yes it will happen.
Subconscious mind controls all the vital processes of your body like taking breathe, operations of your organs like beating of heart, healing the cuts and wounds etc. Did you ever had the dilemma that if I release this breathe and the next breathe doesn’t come then I would die?
No you just believe that it will come and you release the breathe hence you have to believe in the same way if you want something to happen.
Have you ever wondered why after a good night sleep you feel energized and active. It’s due to the magic of subconscious mind, when we generally go to sleep our conscious mind sleeps with us but what ever the orders the conscious mind had our subconscious mind starts to execute them in our sleep.
Tonight try to say to yourself that you want to be refreshed when you get up tomorrow and see what happens.
Generally there is a large amount of belief also involved in this as our subconscious mind does the things that we believe in.
This can be understood in detail from the example of a person who wants to be slim but the only thoughts in his minds are how am I so fat, why can’t I become slimmer etc. If you are constantly having these type of thoughts then your subconscious mind takes it literally and works so that you never get slim as you are providing it with the believe that you are not going to get slim.
Subconscious mind is miraculous it can help us in:
- Healing
- Become rich
- Attract the right partner
- Maintain Harmony
- Bringing Happiness to your life

Your subconscious mind has made your body and it knows how to heal it just give it the message that you want him to heal your body and it will start healing it.
Your subconscious mind has answers to all the questions just ask it before going to sleep and give it some time to find the answer like the time when you are in sleep.
Your subconscious mind attracts whatever you think of hence always try to think of the things that you want to attract in your life.
Believe it is normal to be healthy and abnormal to be ill, that’s the innate principle of life.
Whatever you believe in and picture every day and night will happen.
Lastly don’t be discouraged if the thing that you want is not coming to you it may be coming to you but not in a way that you thought and hence it may be taking some time but it will come to you.
